Dr. Chika Galega-Sabum, DNP, PMHNP, BSN, RN, LCDC
Dr. Chika Galega-Sabum is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2023 from University of Cincinnati. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and previously obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
With over a decade of dedicated experience, Dr. Galega-Sabum began her career within Fairview Hospital's dual psych and substance abuse program. Her profound empathy and commitment to aiding chemically dependent patients steered her towards nursing, leading to her attainment of a DNP. Throughout her career, she has displayed a fervent dedication to assisting adults and adolescents in mental health settings, along with various drug and alcohol treatment programs encompassing detox, inpatient and outpatient care, and support within sober living homes.
As a PMHNP, Dr. Galega-Sabum integrates her extensive clinical expertise with her advanced education to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. Driven by a profound calling, Dr. Galega-Sabum is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care, empowering individuals on their paths toward mental wellness and recovery.

Dr. Mohammad Saeed, M.D.
Dr. Mohammad Saeed attended medical school at Sindh Medical University in Karachi and obtained post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology.
He received training in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Saeed has accomplished three board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been trained to provide NeuroStar Advanced Therapy, a TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) outpatient procedure performed in the office that treats depression and OCD. Dr. Saeed also evaluates patients for Spravato, a non-competitive N-methyl D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist that treats depression in adults.
Recognized for his excellent clinical skills and leadership qualities, he was selected as the Medical Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UTMB. He subsequently went on to hold positions as the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Mainland Medical Center Hospital in Texas City and the Medical Director of Devereux Hospital in League City. He was the Medical Director at Sun Behavioral Hospital in 2019 and the Chief of Psychiatry and Behavioral Services at Community Health Network from 2012 to 2022. Dr. Saeed is currently the Medical Director at Into Action Recovery Center. He continues to practice in a variety of settings across the greater Houston area.
Dr. Saeed has resided and raised his family in Galveston County since 1984. He resides in Dickinson with his wife, Dr. Kokab Saeed, a pediatrician. Both of their two children attended grade school in Galveston County. The oldest is an architect who designed and built the current Children’s Clinic office building, and the younger son is a Medical Doctor and Healthcare Consultant specializing in Health IT.
Dr. Saeed has remained dedicated to serving the people of Galveston and neighboring counties. Helping people with mental health issues is his passion and he takes great pride in his work.

The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System is indicated for the treatment of depressive episodes and for decreasing anxiety symptoms for those who may exhibit comorbid anxiety symptoms in adult patients suffering from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and who failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from previous antidepressant medication treatment in the current episode.
The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy system is intended to be used as an adjunct for the treatment of adult patients suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Vaughn M. Bryant, III, PhD, LMFT-S, LPC-S, LCDC-CCS
Dr. Bryant has been a mental healthcare provider, trainer, program developer and educator for over 30 years. He is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-S), Professional Counselor (LPC-S) and Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC-CCS). He also holds Approved Supervisor status on all three of those professional license boards. Dr. Bryant earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology (1988), Master of Arts (MA) in Marriage and Family Therapy (1991) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology and Christian Counseling (2000). His career has included three decades of clinical service, clinical education and executive management experience in large corporate healthcare settings, substance use disorder treatment centers, a large military hospital, clinical pastoral care and as a professor in higher education.
Dr. Bryant is Clinical Consultant to Adaego Recovery Center. His role as Clinical Consultant has been to develop a clinical treatment program utilizing evidenced based best practices in the treatment of substance use disorder. Dr. Bryant has been on the frontline of the “opioid epidemic” helping persons with substance use disorder find support and recovery by engaging in effective substance use disorder treatment to achieve long term recovery and overall wellness in life.
The clinical program that Dr. Bryant has developed for Adaego Recovery will lead the client through three phases of treatment. Phase one is the “Getting Sober” phase where the client learns how to establish initial sobriety and abstinence from intoxicants. Phase two is the “Staying Sober” phase where the client learns how to reorganize their thoughts, behaviors and attitudes to achieve a recovery lifestyle. Phase three is “The Awakening” where the client applies their recovery lifestyle to all areas of their life in pursuit of wellness.

Babila has worked in finance, accounting, and merger acquisition roles across different industries for over 11 years. Babila has also served in Strategy and Operations roles to enable organizations extract value from transactions and to help them operate in an efficient manner.
